I enjoy doing bladder irrigations using sterile saline which is cooled in the fridge and given by a drip into the bladder via the catheter. I love to listen, with my stethoscope, his bladder filling.

Squeeze it back inside him. Then when he's begging you to release it, unhook the end at the bag and stick it in the end of *your pisshole, relax and let him have his fun with you. Beforehand you probably want to relieve yourself in his mouth or your own, or a bottle to save for later when you find the p*pperz.
